PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A young child is in the hospital after nearly drowning Saturday in the Deer Valley area of north Phoenix.
First responders were called to a home in a neighborhood near 23rd Avenue and Beardsley Road, which is south of the Loop 101 Agua Fria, just before 5:30 p.m.
