A body was recovered from the Colorado River inside the Grand Canyon National Park Friday, according to a park official.

Park officials said a commercial river trip contacted authorities after locating the body near River Mark 182, according to a press release. The body was transported to the Coconino County Medical Examiner’s Office in Flagstaff.

The National Park Service said the body was found about 25 miles down river from where Dr. Victor Tseng, 68, went missing June 27. The Valley doctor was not wearing a life jacket when we want missing, officials said.

The Medical Examiner’s Office has not released the body’s identity.
