At about 2:30 p.m., Gilbert Fire and Rescue crews were called to a home near Greenfield and Guadalupe roads for reports of a child drowning.

PEORIA, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) – A baby is in the hospital after being pulled from a backyard pool in Peoria on Friday afternoon.
First responders were called out to a house on 92nd Drive near Olive Avenue, just west of Loop 101. The Peoria Fire-Medical Department arrived on the scene and said the baby was a full code and took the baby to the hospital.

LAKE HAVASU, Ariz. – A Kingman man drowned on Saturday while cliff diving at Lake Havasu, authorities said.
Investigators say the man jumped 20-30 feet from a cliff and began to struggle upon hitting the water.

Coconino and Maricopa county sheriff’s personnel recovered on Tuesday the body of a kayaker who is believed to have drowned in Lake Mary the day prior.
Coconino County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Jon Paxton said the 25-year-old Flagstaff resident was located by members of the Maricopa County Dive Team, which was assisting Coconino in the search, at about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

At about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Goodyear emergency crews were called to a home near Sarival Avenue and Yuma Road for a child who was found underwater for an unknown amount of time.

A young boy died weeks after he was pulled from a swimming pool in Surprise.
Surprise Police say officers responded on Aug. 6 to a home near 179th Avenue and Greenway Road for reports of a 2-year-old boy who had fallen into a pool. Once at the scene, officers performed life-saving measures on the boy until firefighters arrived.
