CHANDLER, AZ — An 18-month-old boy was taken to the hospital after being pulled from a pool Tuesday evening.
The incident occurred near Gilbert and Riggs roads sometime around 8:30 p.m.
Chandler police say the young boy was initially taken to Chandler Regional Medical Center but was later airlifted to Phoenix Children’s.
PHOENIX — A 4-year-old boy died after being pulled from a hotel swimming pool Saturday morning.
Firefighters arrived to a hotel near 19th Avenue and Happy Valley Road where the staff already began CPR on the child.

MESA, AZ — Officials say a man’s body was recovered after allegedly going into a lake in Mesa on Saturday.
Police have identified the man as 54-year-old Bradley Perry.

PHOENIX — A 2-year-old girl has died after she was pulled from a swimming pool Sunday afternoon.
Firefighters were called to a home in the area of 43rd Avenue and Dobbins Road just after 4 p.m. after the girl was found in the pool.

AVONDALE, AZ — Police are investigating after a body was found in an Avondale canal Monday morning.
Officials say a canal worker in the area found a man’s body in the water near 111th Avenue and Indian School Road around 6 a.m.

A four-year-old boy has died after being found unresponsive in a bathtub.
Around 12:45 p.m. Thursday, emergency crews were called to a home near Mountain Vista Boulevard and Hunt Highway for reports of a drowning.

MARICOPA COUNTY, Ariz. – First responders in the Valley have been busy rescuing people from rushing floodwaters. In some cases, victims haven’t survived.
These flooded roads, rivers and other bodies of water, are a result of the wet winter in Arizona, including the Phoenix area, that nearly overflowed water reservoirs, causing the intentional release of water.

Dispatchers were told the emergency was a “baby not breathing” and instructed the callers to perform CPR. It was later learned that the call was related to a drowning incident.

Around 7:45 p.m., the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office received 911 calls from witnesses who reported hearing distressed swimmers in the water near the Roadrunner Campsite.

A 2-year-old child died after being pulled from the pool Saturday afternoon in Scottsdale, near Pima and McDowell roads.
Police received a call around 12 p.m. for a child in distress.
Crews attempted to give the child life-saving measures before taking the child to the hospital.
The child died at the hospital.
