NEW RIVER, AZ — Maricopa County deputies have located the body of a man who was swept away by floodwaters in New River on Sunday morning.
Officials say they received a call reporting a vehicle that was swept away in the Agua Fria River near Interstate 17 and Table Mesa Road.

GLOBE, AZ — Two people have died and one is missing following severe flash flooding in Globe Friday night, according to Globe officials. Search and rescue teams are continuing efforts to locate additional missing individuals, according to Gila County emergency officials.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — A heartbreaking discovery was made on Saturday morning when first responders found a man’s body where two cars were stuck in a flooded Scottsdale wash.
Police confirmed with Arizona’s Family that the body of a 38-year-old man was pulled from the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, near Miller Road and Roosevelt Street, close to the Vista Del Camino Park.

QUEEN CREEK, AZ — A young boy is seriously hurt after being pulled from a pool in Queen Creek on Sunday.
Queen Creek officials say first responders were called to a community pool near Ellsworth Loop and Queen Creek roads for a reported drowning.

PHOENIX — A woman is dead after police pulled her out of a pool in central Phoenix, the city’s fire department said.
AVONDALE, AZ — A child was hospitalized in critical condition after being pulled from a backyard pool at an Avondale home Saturday night.
Avondale Police Department officials say the incident occurred at a home near Dysart and Thomas roads around 9:30 p.m.
